1.1 The 888kiss platform and all services offered therein are available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By accessing, registering on, or using the 888kiss website or any associated service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

1.2 888kiss reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account, including the forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.

1.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 888kiss platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not authorised by 888kiss. 888kiss accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

1.4 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates of 888kiss and its group companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to open member accounts or participate in any promotions offered by 888kiss.

2.1 To access the full range of 888kiss services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account with 888kiss. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

2.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update such information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 888kiss immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.4 888kiss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 888kiss of a security breach and 888kiss has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notification.

2.5 888kiss reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point. This may involve requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. KYC checks are a standard regulatory requirement and must be completed before withdrawals exceed certain thresholds.

3.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 888kiss platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. 888kiss does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 888kiss bears no responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 888kiss account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method and are generally processed within 30 minutes for verified e-wallet accounts during normal operating conditions.

3.4 888kiss reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification or bonus wagering requirement checks. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, 888kiss may freeze funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

3.5 Funds deposited into your 888kiss account do not accrue interest. 888kiss is not a banking institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in the financial services sense.

4.1 888kiss may offer various bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback, and VIP rewards from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

4.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be set out in the promotion's specific terms.

4.3 888kiss reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is ongoing and an amendment would materially disadvantage existing participants, 888kiss will provide reasonable notice wherever practicable.

4.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. One bonus offer per household, IP address, device, or payment method applies unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

4.5 Any abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage betting, collusion, or the use of automated systems — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may lead to account closure.

5.1 You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the 888kiss platform:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point;
• Attempt to open more than one account;
• Use automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human process to interact with the platform;
• Engage in collusion with other players or with any 888kiss employee;
• Exploit any software errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 888kiss platform;
• Use the platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the platform.

5.2 Any breach of Section 5.1 will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure without refund of any deposited balance, subject to applicable law.

6.1 All content on the 888kiss platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 888kiss or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888kiss platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit the platform or its content; collect and use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; make any derivative use of the platform or its content; or download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party.

6.3 The 888kiss name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 888kiss. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of 888kiss.

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888kiss, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 888kiss platform or services.

7.2 888kiss does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 888kiss's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7.4 Gambling involves financial risk. 888kiss accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and loss limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

8.1 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 888kiss is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 888kiss platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

9.2 888kiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 888kiss is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; (c) 888kiss reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with your account; or (d) your account has been inactive for a consecutive period of 12 months.

9.3 Self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings will be acted upon promptly. Once a self-exclusion period commences, it cannot be shortened. During self-exclusion, 888kiss will make reasonable efforts to prevent promotional communications from being sent to you.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888kiss holds its international gaming authority licence.

10.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 888kiss customer support at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. 888kiss will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

10.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 888kiss's international gaming authority licence. Details of the applicable body are available upon request from customer support.

11.1 888kiss reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address associated with their account and/or by prominent notice on the 888kiss platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

11.2 Your continued use of the 888kiss platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.1.
